CheerUnleashed Sports Gym is a dynamic and inclusive cheerleading and sports gym based in Telford, dedicated to helping athletes of all ages build confidence, develop skills, and become part of a supportive community. From complete beginners to experienced competitors, we welcome everyone from age 5 through to adults into our safe, positive, and energetic environment.
At CheerUnleashed Sports Gym, we believe sport should be empowering, exciting, and accessible to all. Our experienced coaching team delivers high-quality training in cheerleading, tumbling, martial arts, tricking, and performance skills, helping athletes grow both on and off the mat. Whether members want to compete nationally, perform locally, or simply stay active and make friends, we provide opportunities for every individual to thrive.

So when you hear the word cheerleader what's the first thing that comes to mind? Probably pom poms!!
You might also think it's mainly aimed towards girls.....I'd have to disagree.
I have been with Cheer Unleashed now for a couple of months and I've enjoyed every session. This is all down to the amazing and supportive people who make up the team, and share their knowledge, along with a brilliant coach. Gabby really knows her stuff and gets everyone doing something to best suit there needs and ability.
I can highly recommend giving it a try, what have you got to loose. Like me you might find yourself something that you really enjoy and helps keep you fit, whilst having so much fun and making some great friends.

Community
In our community, our cheer gym becomes your second home and your team mates become some of your closest friends.In our club a positive environment is established, with lots of fun and laughs to be had all around. Here is a photo of some of our mini cheerleaders at their first competition of the season in 2025.
Skills
Cheerleading is a sport jam-packed with different, exciting skills. We have tumbline (forward rolls, fips and twists). We teach from you/your child's very first cheerleading lesson all the way through to cheerleaders who have been partaking in the sport for years. Here is a photo of our Director Reece performing a full twisting tumble at The Shifnal May Day 2025.
Performances and Cheer for Fun
At CheerUnleashed we have different performances for all of our athletes to get involved with if they want to. In 2021 we performed at Shrewsbury Food Festival and in 2022 we performed at Kids Fest, Telford. Performances and competitions are a fantastic way to push out of your comfort zone and grow as a person! If you just want to come along for fun and try our sport, you are also more than welcome.
If your child is not ready for competitive cheerleading but would like to take the leap into performing then we have performance teams available for them!
